The item(s) I received slightly differ from what I viewed online. Why is that?


Nearly all the items listed on our website are handmade, therefore, products are subject to slight imperfections due to human error. Real people. Real products. All love.
What is your return and refund policy?
At this time, we only accept exchanges on unused/unworn merchandise. Refunds are only granted in instances where we are unable to fill your order due to conflicts with inventory. Refunds are not granted in instances of prolonged processing times; should thus occur, the customer will be notified immediately. There are no exceptions.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?


There’s no exaggeration when we say that we’re just as excited to see you in your 1122 pieces, therefore, we do our best to have items ready to ship upon order. We cannot guarantee this will always be the case, so we ask that you please allow 5-10 business days for your items to be made; custom items may take up to 21 business days. Some items are fulfilled outside of 1122’s workspace, therefore, shipping speed on some items vary. For some of our accessories, please be advised that some of these items ship from outside of the United State, therefore, it can take up to 45 business days for your items to arrive. It is likely that your order may arrive in separate packages.

For items coming directly from 1122’s studio, shipping may take up to 3-5 business days, please account for holidays and inclement weather.


The item I wanted is currently sold out— when will it return?


Items may no longer be available due to a number of reasons, this makes it difficult to predict when items may return to the site. If an item you wish to purchase is no longer available, please contact us by email to see if we’re able to custom make something for you! Custom prices may not apply for this accommodation! 

Am I able to place a custom order?

Have an idea that you’d love to see 1122 execute? Great! We love making custom pieces. To place custom orders, please send us a detailed  message of your vision by email or use the ‘Contact’ form on our website. Custom pieces are priced much like commissioned artwork.
